Why aren’t my products showing up in my email notifications?

If certain products are not appearing in your email notifications it could be related to a number of things:
- The product might not have been selected when setting up the notification. Check the Stockie app to see which products/variants you've selected. For a break down of different notification types see here: https://stockie.tawk.help/article/notification-types
- The product may be set as a Draft or Archived product in Shopify. To include these types of products in your low stock notifications, you'll need to make sure the "Exclude draft and archived products" checkbox is not checked in the Stockie app for your notification. It is always checked by default.
